2743924 - SWF_EVT_HANDLER_START_INTERNAL error when making changes with SU01

Symptom

  • As soon as a user is changed by transaction SU01, an LUW record gets created in transaction SM58 for destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_000, but configuration of the WORKFLOW_LOCAL_000 destination in SM59 is not expected. This is usually done from transaction SWU3. 
  • The expectation is to ensure that no record gets created in SM58 when making a change in SU01. 
  • The issue also appears in HEC managed systems when a logon user is created via the CAM tool (to client 000)
