2744052 - You can't apply filters to planning operator type SNAPSHOT with ID XX

Snapshot job check fails with message - You can't apply filters to planning operator type SNAPSHOT with ID XX.
In the Application Job Templates app, user cannot select a planning filter in a Step containing Snapshot or Redo Snapshot.
