2744128 - Total Open Order Quantity Report Shows No Data

You are using the report Total Open Order Quantity, however when you run it there are no results. You get the message 'No report data available to display; check the selection'.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics, view Design Reports.
2. Search for Total Open Order Quantity and open it.
3. Set the required variables and click Apply.

You see the message 'No report data available to display; check the selection'.

This report only shows data for those sales order which have service confirmations linked to them. In your system, there are no such sales orders.

This is the correct behaviour.

You can check if the report Sales Order Volume suits your requirement instead.
