2744326 - Short Dump + Syntax Error when display projects in Solar01 /02 in Solution Manager 7.2 System

This KBA describes following issue:
When you try to display a project under Solar01/02 in a 7.2 system, you get following Dump:

Runtime Errors SYNTAX_ERROR
ABAP Program SAPLAI_SOLAR10

The current ABAP program "CL_SA_TAB_DOCU================CP" had to be
terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
In include "LAI_SOLAR10F25 ", in line 33 of program "SAPLAI_SOLAR10 ", the following syntax errors have occurred:
"P_MSEL_SOL_LOW" and "L_L_RETURN_VALUES" are not mutually convertible in a Unicode program. program.
