Symptom
- My Team tile is missing from the landing page.
- Unable to access information of the subordinates on My Team tile.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access Learning as Supervisor/Manager.
- Notice that 'My Team' tile is missing from your Home page.
Cause
- My Team tile is not added to the Landing Page Settings under Application Administration.
- The Manager does not have any subordinate makring them as Primary manager, HRBP, or alternate manager.
- The user role has incomplete permissions.
Resolution
The following conditions should be met:
- My Team tile is not added in the Landing Page Settings.
- Access Learning Administration
- Go to Application Administration > Landing Page Settings.
- Click Add Tile.
- Select My Team.
- Save.
- Ensure some user has them as their manager.
- Access Learning Administration
- Go to People > Users
- User the Managers criteria to enter the LMS user ID of the manager (you may have to enable this using the Add/Remove Criteria button on this page).
Alternatively if you use the filter icon next to Managers field and cannot find results then they do not have any user reporting to them as a subordinate. - Upon search, if any results are available then the LMS considers the searched userID as a manager.
- Add My Team permissions to the user role.
- Access Learning Adminnistration.
- Go to Security > Role Management
- Search and edit the role associated to your admin id
- Go to Permission
- Click 'add one or more from list'.
- Under My Team, select and add all that is applicable.
- Save
