2744411 - How to Manually Create Hiring Manager Activities for Candidate - Onboarding 1.0

• In the current implementation,  this action is a hard coded logic in the current offering of Onboarding 1.0 .
• There is a check if the hire date is older than 10 days. If yes, we don't create an Onboarding 1.0 Process object

Check many Hiring manager Activities you have configured

1. Admin Center
2. Configure new recruit activity planning process
3. Take note of the New Hire Activities Code of the activity you wish to create
   

You will also need the ApplicationId

1. Customers can get the application ID by navigating to
2. Manage Data
3. OnboardingCandidateInfo
4. Search by name
5. Take note of the ApplicationId on the Object
6. Partners can get ApplicationId by navigating to
7. Super Admin (For Partners)
8. Manage HRData
9. Search for the candidate
10. Click on the record
11. Search for key ApplicationId

To create Hiring manager activities

1. Navigate to Admin Center
2. Import and Export Data
3. Choose Export Data
4. Select Generic Object, Onboarding Process
5. Select all data records No
6. Choose any from the list as an example
7. Click Export
8. Navigate to Monitor Jobs
9. Click on Download Status to open the Zip File
   
10. When you extract the files the only file you will need is the Onboarding 1.0 Process File
    
11. Open the File
12. You will see 4 rows of information completed
13. Onboarding ProcessId  leave blank
14. processConfig.processConfigId Enter New Hire Activities Code
15. candidateInfo.applicantId Enter ApplicantId
16. processStatus Enter OPEN
    
17. Delete the row you exported as an example otherwise it will create activity for that candidate again
18. Save the file in your local machine
19. Navigate to Admin Center
20. Import and Export Data
21. Choose Import Data
22. Select Generic Object, Onboarding Process
23. Browse to find file you saved
24. Click Import
25. You can navigate to Monitor Jobs to see was the import successful, and the status of the import.
