2744418 - KPI Shows 0 or Wrong Value

Symptom

You have created a KPI, however the preview shows 0 or a wrong value. When you open the report and check the respective key figure, the value is correct.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer
SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

Open the KPI from the respective work center view (most commonly Home) or open a preview:

Go to the work center Business Analytics, view Design KPIs.
Search for the respective KPI and click on Preview.
Check either the KPI or the Reference Value.

A wrong result is shown. If you compare it to the report and key figure that this KPI is based on, the report will show the correct value.

Cause
