2744427 - CRM - No values in the Country Picklist When Configuring a Data Capture Form

When creating a Data Capture Form for the RMK website, the country picklist is empty in Career Site Builder. There is an existing country picklist and it populates normally when creating a candidate profile.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Career Site Builder
2. Go to Tools> Data Capture Forms
3. Edit your Data Capture Form
4. In the Layout tab, expand the Country field
5. Click on the picklist button. No values are displayed, the picklist is empty

The Data Capture Form country values are coming from the Country Generic Object in Manage Data (MDF entity). If no values have been entered for the country GO, the picklist will be empty. Also, if no translations are added for the default language selected in Manage Recruiting Languages for each of the country configured, the list will be empty or some countries will be missing.

Values need to be entered for the Country Generic Object. You can add more countries or edit the existing ones via Picklist Center.

Note: Make sure to add the relevant label translations in Manage Data for each country or the picklist can return blank on the Data Capture Form in certain locales. Ensure you add the translation for the default language selected in Manage Recruiting Languages for each of the country configured in Manage Data i.e., if the default language selected in Manage Recruiting Languages is English US, ensure you add explicitly the translation for English US in Manage Data.

The default language in Manage Data will be the language the user is logged in. Therefore, in order to explicitly add the translation for English US, you would need to change the system language to another one (i.e., English UK) and add the translation for English US in Manage Data. If you do not change the system language to another language (different from English US in case this is the default language selected in Manage Recruiting Languages), you will not be able to see the option to add a translation for English US in Manage Data.

Note: If the labels are updated, make sure you update the picklist in the DCF by clicking on Refresh picklist in CSB then saving the DCF and reloading the landing page.
