2744589 - Workflow Dynamic Groups are not showing in the Approver Role drop-down

A Workflow Dynamic Group with more than 1000 Members has been created however, it is not showing in the Approver Role drop-down when creating or editing Workflows

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflows

1. Go to Manage Workflow Groups and create a Group with more than 1000 Members.
   
   
   
   
2. Go to Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures.
3. Create a Workflow and select "Dynamic Group" as the Approver Type.
4. In the Approver Role, look for the Dynamic Group created and it is not in the list.
   
   
   

This is a limitation added to prevent performance issues.

As a workaround, split the Groups with less than 1000 members or use a Group with less members.
