• We would like to turn off the bell icon on the homepage.
• Can we disable the notification bell in the global header?

The bell icon will automatically appear on the homepage once you enable Intelligent Services via upgrade centre/provisioning.

Once Intelligent Services is enabled it is not possible to turn off the bell icon. We are currently communicating with our Product Management team to enhance the product as customers have mentioned that they would like the ability to turn off the bell notification icon. More information will be provided once product management make a decision.

If this functionality is something you would like introduced in a future release, similar to the enhancement request Influence.
