Symptom

Team Absence Calendar does not show the leaves for the whole week for certain employees.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to team absence calendar of a manager
  2. No leaves are shown for certain employees for a week but is visible for other weeks

Cause

The 5th employee has an employee time record in the affected week with special character '/':

Resolution

  1. Export all employee time records
  2. Filter for the week (and/or employee) in which the team absence calendar is not showing the leave
  3. Find the ones that have special characters in employee time. Cancel the leaves and apply for them again. Alternatively, you can import employee time without special characters in the external code
