2745258 - Time drift alert in Oracle during VMware snapshot

Symptom

When running VMware snapshot for Linux server running Oracle database, you get a warning in alert.log:

Warning: VKTM detected a forward time drift.
Time drifts can result in unexpected behavior such as time-outs.
Please see the VKTM trace file for more details:
