Analytics in Employee Central No Longer Available through Upgrade Center Q1 2019 & End of Beta Functionality Q4 2019

As of Q1 2019 the Analytics in Employee Central beta functionality was removed from the Upgrade Center and will be no longer be available for deployment.
It has ceased to function as of Q4 2019.
