2745417 - Subcurricula assigned and unable to remove , when never part of the parent at the time.

After removing a Subcurricula from a parent curricula. The Parent curricula was then assigned and the user was pushed the child(Sub) curricula, though it was never part of the Parent at the time.

The Relationship between parent and child never fully resolved when the child was removed.

Re-assign the child curricula to the parent, and then remove it.
