2745419 - Unable to delete Temporary Work Schedule

You are trying to follow the steps on the KBA 2744741 but you are not able to delete the temporary work schedule.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - All Versions

1. Try to perform the steps described in the KBA 2744741;
2. See that the edit button is missing;

System bug. Our engineering team has already identified this defect and corrected it for the 1902 release

WORKAROUND

While the fix is nod deployed, please proceed as below to be able to delete the temporary work schedule:

1. Go to Manage Data;
2. In the search type, select "Temporary Time Information";
3. Then search by the ID of the employee 
4. Then you can either
• Use the Take Action > Permanent Delete Entry
• Or Take Action > Make Correction to fix the end date instead of remove the work schedule;
