2745520 - Disqualifying candidates button behavior - Recruiting Management

This article describes why the "Disqualify Candidate" button is not always visible in the application page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a Job Requisition;
2. Go to the candidates tab;
3. Open an application;
4. Click take action and see the Disqualify Candidate button if applicable;

This button will only appear if the instance has the standard Auto-Disqualified status. Since this status was design to receive candidates automatically disqualified by the prescreening questions, it is not possible to drag and drop candidates there. However, if this is the only disqualify status in the pipeline, the system enables the "Disqualifying Candidates" button to allow recruiters to be able to move candidates to this status.
