2745578 - Domain Management tab not showing under Users>External Users

Symptom

Jam Admin cannot see the domain management tab for external users.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Jam Admin
  2. Look at Users > External Users
  3. Check the Domain Management Tab is missing:

Cause

This issue is related to the "External Group Creation" feature under Product Setup > Features not being set to Yes:

Resolution

You need to change the External Group Creation option to Yes and it will show the Domain Management Tab as expected:
