2745687 -  Employee can see Initiation step in Offboarding Dashboard in Onboarding 1.0

Candidate is given access to offboarding dashboard via RBP but candidate can see Initiation step also , they are suppose to see only Candidate step

Proxy as one of the candidate who is terminated from EC recently (still active i.e. last date is in future) and navigate to Offboarding dashboard
Activity is in Initiation step which needs to be completed by Corporate representative but candidate can see the same

Expected behaviour

If Offboarding permission is given to candidates , they can see the activity which is initiated for them. This is expected behaviour.
Permission to further take action on activity can be controlled by Group permissions assigned to them.
