2745930 - EC: Business rule to validate dependent's date of birth

• Business rule to validate dependent date of birth on new hire page
• Business rule to validate if dependent (child) date of birth is on or before employee's (parent) date of birth then throw error in add new employee.

SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Admin Center > Configure Business rules

2. Create a Basic rule with Base component as "Employment information"

3. Create a business rule as per the screenshot below with "and" condition

4. You can then add "raise message" condition in the Then statement as per your requirement.

5. Save this business rule as "on save" in Manage Business configuration > PersonRelationshipInfo
