Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management with Tendering Processing maintained to Email RFQ to the Contact Person for the Carrier Business Partner (BP). 
     
  • Tendering RFQ is created for a Freight Order (FO) and Published but the email is not received by the Contact Person. 
     
  • Following error is logged:

        Error while processing e-mail: No recipients exist  (/SCMTMS/TEND 220)
