Resolution
Up until Aug-30th-2019, each cloud product had its own process. This meant that customers would have to choose the correct starting point depending on the cloud product they were claiming for.
Starting Sep-02nd-2019, a new simplified process will come into effect. To claim the SLA credit request for SAP Cloud solutions, please raise an case for XX-SER-SLACREDIT component.
