How to book the same time slot for multiple candidates to schedule a group interview in Interview Scheduling?

You can set up a group interview by:

First, select multiple candidates by clicking on each of them or use the "Select All" button to select all the candidates in this status. Then proceed on clicking Start Scheduling button.

Then on the next screen, increase the number under "[x] candidates can book same slot" box.

When you create a new interview for more than one candidate, you can use this option to control how many candidates can book the same schedule.

For example, if you create an interview for 5 candidates, you can increase the number in this box to 5 to allow all 5 candidates to book the same slot.

In case the number entered is just 3, the other 2 candidates will unable to book the slot once 3 candidates have already book the slot.

These 2 candidates will not be visible in the interview Central as well. The number of candidates that booked the same slot are also the candiadtes that will be visible in Interview Central.
