2747054 - BR0602E No valid SAP license found - please contact SAP

License check issues usually arise on newly installed or recently migraded/upgraded systems. There are a few circunstances in which it can happen:

1. Along with ORA-00980:
   

   BR0925I Public synonym SAP_DBMSGORA created successfully for table SAP<SID>.DBMSGORA
   BR1304E Checking SAP license failed at location BrLicCheck-124
   BR0602E No valid SAP license found - please contact SAP
   BR0280I BRBACKUP time stamp: 2023-09-20 09:03:13
   BR0301W SQL error -980 at location BrbDbLogOpen-5, SQL statement:
   'INSERT INTO SAP_SDBAH (BEG, FUNCT, SYSID, OBJ, RC, ENDE, ACTID, LINE) VALUES ('20170920090308', 'anr', 'SID', ' ', '9999', ' ', 'bewyyyyy', '7.40 (49)')'
   ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid
   BR0324W Insertion of database log header failed

2. Without ORA errors:
