2747104 - Up One Level missing from Org Chart

User tries to navigate through the org chart but the Up One Level button is missing.

• Use the 'User Role Search' to determine if the manager of the user is included in the target population for the 'Organization Chart Navigation Permission'. The Up One Level will not appear if the user does not have permission to see their manager's org chart.

• Another cause is that the Display Option is set as Matrix Reports Only

• Include the manager (username: cbraun in the example) in the target population of the permission role that is granting the 'Organization Chart Navigation Permission' to the user.
• If the Display Option in the Org Chart page is set to Matrix Reports Only please change it to one of the other option to see the Up One Level feature
