Symptom

How to enlarge the e-mail editor within the ticket Interactions.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

In order to enlarge the e-mail editor you need to use the following steps:

  1. Go to the Service center.
  2. Select the Tickets view.
  3. Open a random ticket.
  4. Select the Interactions facet.
  5. Click the New button.
  6. Place the cursor at the bottom right corner.
  7. Cursor turns into an arrow.
  8. Pull the error downwards.

The e-mail editor is enlarged now.
