How to enlarge the e-mail editor within the ticket Interactions.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
In order to enlarge the e-mail editor you need to use the following steps:
- Go to the Service center.
- Select the Tickets view.
- Open a random ticket.
- Select the Interactions facet.
- Click the New button.
- Place the cursor at the bottom right corner.
- Cursor turns into an arrow.
- Pull the error downwards.
The e-mail editor is enlarged now.
