2747145 - Instructor name appears as "Not Available" in Item Evaluation Report

When the Item Evaluation Report is ran some of the instructors appear as "Not Available" instead of the Instructor name.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Run the Item Evaluation Report
2. Scroll to a page that has the Resource Type as Instructor
3. Notice that some of the instructors are listed as "Not Available"

This is expected behavior as The "Resource Type" of the survey was changed from "None" to "Instructor" after a few respondents have already answered the survey.

• When the "Resource Type" is None and the users answer the survey, they are not answering it against an "Instructor" since the type is none.
• When the "Resource Type" is changed to Instructor, then the next set of users to answer the survey will be answering it against the assigned Instructor to the Item.
• That's why some of the answers are listed as "Not Available" and some answers are listed under a particular Instructor.
