2747182 - AttachmentService Not Loading for SAPUI5 Custom App

Symptom

When using the AttachmentService from the SAP standard Bank app, it is not loading correctly for the custom app.

Console message:

'sap/se/mi/plm/lib/attachmentservice/attachment/components/stcomponent/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~##############~/sap/se/mi/plm/lib/attachmentservice/attachment/components/stcomponent/Component.js: 404 - NOT FOUND
