2747199 - Account <accountName> is not valid. A valid account ID must start with a lower-case letter and consist of lower-case letters and digits only, totalling 30 characters or less.

Symptom

While trying to add a subaccount in SAP Cloud Connector, one of the following error messages appear:

"Account <accountName> is not valid. A valid account ID must start with a lower-case letter and consist of lower-case letters and digits only, totalling 30 characters or less."
