2747268 - Invalid object name error when activating XSA on Tenant database

Symptom

You get the following error when you try to enable XSA for an existing database tenant in the XSA Cockpit:

com.sap.xs2rt.installation.util.InstallationException: Creating the Hana-Service-Broker schema and users failed: Executing GRANT statement (GRANT EXECUTE ON _SYS_DI.MOVE_CONTAINER_TO_GROUP TO SYS_XS_HANA_BROKER;) failed: SAP DBTech JDBC: [397] (at 25): invalid object name: MOVE_CONTAINER_TO_GROUP: line 1 col 26 (at pos 25).

If you create a new tenant, you can activate XSA and you don't get this error.
