You want to know how to disable the Quick View pop-up throughout work centre views.

SAP Cloud for Customer

In the Company Settings, as administrator, you have an option called 'Disable Quick View'.

In HTML5:

1. Click Adapt.
2. Select Company Settings.
3. Check the 'Disable Quick View' box.
4. Save.
5. Changes will reflect upon re-load of the system.

In RUI (from 1902 onwards):

1. Click your user icon, in the top right of the screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Company Settings.
4. Set the flag for 'Disable Quick View'.
5. Save.
6. Changes will reflect upon re-load of the system.

If you check this box/ set that flag and save, the system will suppress the quick view across work centre views and Thing inspectors throughout the application.

The Calendar is the only exception.

In the Fiori UI, the quick view for calendar items opens on one click/ tap of the item - independent of the flag setting. In HTML5, you cannot suppress the calendar quick view pop-ups.

There is no option available in the system, to suppress individual quick views. This means, for example, you cannot suppress the quick view for accounts, while having it available for contacts.

If the flag is not set, then the quick view will open on mouse-over, in all work centre views and thing inspectors.
