2747507 - Cannot add more participants to the Evaluation step of a 360 Multi-Rater form

The max number of participants for a category have been invited in the Modify step. Users decline to participate in providing feedback in the Evaluation step. If you try to add new participants, you get an error message stating that the max number of participants in the category exceeds the maximum you have configured for that category.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

1. Launch Form;
2. Select the max number of participants for a category in the Modify step;
3. In the Evaluation step, these users decline to participate;
   
   
   
   
4. Select "Add New Participates";
5. Add a new participant;
   
   You get an error message stating that the max number of participants in the category exceeds the maximum you have configured for that category.
   

This is expected behavior for 360 Multi-Rater forms. Once the maximum participants has been reached, it will not be possible to add any more participants.
