If they do not have details, create a support case and specify if you need the information for a Production or Preview RMK site. If the RMK instance is created, the support team will be able to provide requested details. If the RMK instance is not created yet, you will need to refer to the steps provided in SAP Knowledge Base Articles 2555726 and 3066901.
