2747596 - How to retrieve RMK Site Information for Site Manager access request - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

In order for an implementation partner to gain administrative access to their customer's career site management system to implement SF Recruiting Marketing, they must populate the RMK Site ID in the Request form on the Cloud Operations portal.
 Historically, if the customer did not know this information, this could only be retrieved through Support by creating a Support ticket. Now the External ID of the RMK tenant is explicitly displayed in the system details page with the label Site ID.
This article explains how to retrieve the RMK Site ID and Data Center for an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing tenant.

Resolution

Customers should be able to provide this information to their implementation partner. If the customer contact has misplaced the details and : 

  • If the RMK instance has already been provisioned, the details can be retrieved from SAP for Me by the customer contact by going through the following steps:
    1. Log into SAP for Me with S User
    2. Open the Systems and Provisioning navigation section
    3. Under the Systems tab, open the filter options for the Public Cloud Systems section
    4. Filter by CLoud Service and select SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing then click ok
    5. Click on the tenant ID hyperlink to open the System details page
    6. The Site ID is listed along with the Data Center location.


  • If the RMK instance is not created yet, the customer will need to refer to the steps provided in SAP Knowledge Base Articles 2555726  RMK Instance is not Created - Recruiting Marketing and 3066901 How to Start Provisioning for a cloud product - SAP for Me to Provision the RMK tenant before they can retrieve the details.
