Symptom

  • A client process is unexpectedly terminated.
  • The ASE errorlog contains a timeslice error in the module exc__raise() with a stack trace:

 timeslice -501, current process infected at 00000000006F10F9 (exc__raise+ 0x199 )

  • The stack trace includes the following functions:

exc__raise
ex_raise
loginfo_get
loginfo_builtin
exec_lava
