2747815 - Encounter "Error Message - Authorization Error" when trying to access SAP Service Marketplace

Symptom

When you try to access installation guides on SAP Service Marketplace via link service.sap.com/instguides (The URL may get changed to "https://websmpXXX.sap-ag.de/instguides" after pressing Enter. This is correct behaviour due to load balancing control on the cluster server on SAP's end), you meet a screen saying "Error Message - Authorization Error".
