Symptom

  • The rating scale for the Trend elements must be configured to be used in Employee Profile or Performance Forms
  • The option to configure the rating scale is not available in Admin Center, as Succession Management is not enabled for the instance
  • How to configure the rating scale for the following Trend elements:
    • sysOverallPerformance
    • sysOverallPotential
    • sysOverallCompetency
    • sysOverallObjective
    • sysOverallCustom1
    • sysOverallCustom2
