Symptom

ABAP Session terminated (signal 11)
or
SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED (signal 11)

happened on WB21/WB22/WB23.

The dev_w traces may contain following contents:

*DYLOAD* SAPLWB2A 0119: waited 200 ms, load is under construction
*DYLOAD* SAPLWB2A 0119: waited 200 ms, load is under construction
*DYLOAD* SAPLWB2A 0119: waited 200 ms, load is under construction
*DYLOAD* SAPLWB2A 0119: waited 200 ms, load is under construction
*DYLOAD* SAPLWB2A 0119: waited 200 ms, load is under construction
*** WARNING => -> waited too long, going ahead [dyrdyp.c 1067]

The problem could only happen on Fiori APP or SAP GUI Fiori Theme.
