Is there an available API report that would bring the information related to the API calls, the response times and their statuses?

Resolution
The API report is not currently part of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
