2748201 - Error During Export Software Collection Check

There is an error during the Export Software Collection Check/Publish:

• Item <Item ID 1> of type <Type of Item ID 1> depends on object <Item ID 2> of type <Type of Item ID 2>
• 1 unresolvable dependencies. Please report an case on component BC-SRV-APS-IAM.

As an example:

• Item YY1_1234567 of type Custom Catalog Extension depends on object YY1_7654321 of type SIA6.
• 1 unresolvable dependencies. Please report an case on component BC-SRV-APS-IAM.

This will happen when attempting to run a check on a software collection in the Export Software Collections app

• Objects that are dependent on another object, need to be included in the same software collection as the other object
• This will avoid any inconsistencies in the Production system if an object is transported without the other object that it is dependent on

Objects that are dependent on another object needs to be included in the same software collection, this will avoid any inconsistencies in the Production system if an object is transported without the other object that it is dependent on.

For this reason, to export your collection successfully, you have three options:

Option 1: Add the dependencies to the collection that you're exporting.

Option 2: Remove the items with dependencies.

Option 3: Remove the dependency between objects.
