Whenever a user tries to register to a class, the timezone does not display in their timezone. This happens when CourseHome is enabled.

Resolution
As per our Product Management Team, this is now working as designed. With the new CourseHome, classes will display in its timezones.
Virtual sessions (VLS) display in the user's time zone.
