2748300 - Activity Tracking for Candidates that Sign Into RCM via Data Capture Form - Recruiting

Now, within 1905 release, Recruiting Users can find candidates that sign into RCM via Data Capture Form through Candidate Search. This functionally is part of the Activity Tracking feature which gives the Recruiting Users the ability to see specific actions that the candidate performed, like when the candidate applies in a Data Capture form.

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

The search will be based on a Data Capture form and the Recruiting Users will be able to see all candidates that submitted to the specific form. Users will also have the ability to filter the submission date range with the following options:

• Anytime
• Today
• Past Week
• Past Month
• Past 3 Months
• Custom Rage - A date field will be displayed to enter the dates

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Candidates tab
3. Under Activity dropdown, choose Submitted Data Capture Form
4. Fill the form name and date as per image below
