2748341 - Manager Name Change is not Reflected in Manager field in Job Info

After a manager has had a change to their name via Personal Information. Their name has not been updated in the manager/superviosr field of their direct reports Job Information.

Employee Central - Job Information

1. Navigate to a Managers Personal Information.
2. Make a change to their first and/or last name.
3. Save change.
4. Navigate to the Job Information of one of their direct reports.
5. The Manager/Supervisior field still shows the original name of the manager and not the newly updated one.

• The Manager/Supervisor field in Job Information, is maintained when the job information record is created and pulls the managers name from their Personal Information record from effective date.
• When you make a change to a managers name in Personal Information the direct reports of that manager will require a new record in Job Information on the effective date of the change or after to see the updated manager name in the Manager/Supervisor field.
