2748386 - Error "SAP DBTech JDBC: [500]: predicates are required in a where clause" When Running Select * From User Authorization Views

Symptom

You execute a statement on user authorization views like ACCESSIBLE_VIEWS, EFFECTIVE_APPLICATION_PRIVILEGES, and so on, directly without defining WHERE conditions. For example:

"SELECT * FROM "PUBLIC"."ACCESSIBLE_VIEWS";

It fails with the similar error:

SAP DBTech JDBC: [500]: predicates are required in a where clause: ... needs predicates on columns (connected by AND if more than one)
