Symptom

1. The standby connection of warm standby was down for a while.

2. admin disk_space displays "Used Segs" increasing in partitions.

3. admin who,sqm shows Save_Int:Seg as "strict:0".

4. Checking rs_segments, find the used_flag shows a huge value.
