2748483 - FREELIST ASSERTION REPORT with stack trace on s_bm::ClearBits -- SAP IQ

Writer node hang in production multiplex after non-fatal stacktrace with freelist assertion in iqmsg. New connections can not be opened. IQ must be killed and restarted.
