Symptom

No results found. Search again in all terms functionality does not work

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to any workcenter view for eg; Accounts.
  2. Currently if the query loaded is "My Accounts".
  3. Try to search any term in the basic search.
  4. As per the 1902 new functionality, if no records are found with the search in the current query, the option "No results found. Search again in all terms?" is presented.
  5. But the above option is not shown in all work center views

Cause

If the standard SAP provided "ALL" query is hidden then the above option will not appear

Resolution

Enable "ALL" query which was delivered by SAP
