2748723 - Character Limit for Background Element ID - Business Configuration UI

I'm trying to include data do a recently created background element, and receive the error below:

Error upserting data into CONFIG_BACKGROUND_ELEMENT_FIELDS. Errors: com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.BatchUpdateExceptionSapDB: SAP DBTech JDBC: [274]: inserted value too large for column.

1. Try to include data in a background element, be it through import, or edit.
2. See the error "inserted value too large for column".

This error is caused because the background element ID exceeds the limit of 50 characters.

The Background element ID should have less than 50 characters, so the error will stop appearing.
