2748889 - Picklist Fields Are Showing "No Data" - EC

• Picklist fields in Job Information are showing as "No Data".
• There are no issues with association and picklist configurations.
• If you log in as another user with sufficient permissions to edit, the picklist values appear without any issues.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Job Information and click on Edit
2. Click on any picklist fields and it shows "No Data"
3. Log in as any other user with edit permission
4. In Job Information, click on Edit and check a picklist field
5. Notice the values are displaying correctly

There is no default language set in the affected user's Options Menu > Change Language

To resolve this, set a default language in the Options Menu:

1. Click on your profile picture on the top-right of the page in SuccessFactors
2. In the drop-down menu Select Settings > Change Language
3. Set a language and save the changes

Note: Make sure the translations for the picklist values are maintained for the default locale selected.
