2748924 - Enabling HANA System replication returns error after Hardware change on secondary site

Symptom

After making a change to Hardware configuration on the secondary site of an existing HANA System Replication landscape its noticed system replication status is broken.

When trying to enable system replication again on the primary site an error returns:

error: system replication port could not be opened;port=4#### host=#######,port=4####; failed.
