2748930 - Changing Distribution Pmnt Terms does not Lock ECC Contract

Symptom

You change an existing SRM Contract by adding a new distribution entry with the same data as the current one, by changing the Payment Terms. When the contract is distributed, a new Contract is created in ECC, and the other one previously created does not get locked.
