Symptom

  • You have configured the SAP Store link to point to a URL of your choosing as per KBA: 2306773

  • When you access the SAP Store link, additional information is appended to the end of the URL for e.g:
    http://<your-custom-url>?pcntry=<current_user_locale>&sap-language=<current_user_language>&utm_source=SAP-Portal&utm_medium=In-Product-Promotion
  • The additional parameters are unwanted, and may affect the loading of the custom webpage
